Exchange, Return and Cancellation
Hairgrowoils has a strict policy regarding exchanges and returns. The company does not accept any exchange or return of products unless a wrong or damaged piece has been shipped to the customer. In case a customer receives a wrong or damaged product, they are required to send an image of the wrong or damaged product to the Hairgrowoils team within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the product. The product must be unused and should have the original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase. To return a product, Hairgrowoils will provide the customer with a return shipping label that must be attached to the original packaging. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. Beyond that, cancellation is not accepted. It's important to note that customers should contact the Hairgrowoils team for any issues with the products and follow their return and exchange policy.
